Who we are
An autonomous local church.
Bethel Church Bradenton is an autonomous local church set in the heart of Bradenton, Florida, and is not affiliated with Bethel Church Redding or Bethel Ministries.
Bethel Church Bradenton is affiliated with Converge and Converge MidAmerica. Converge is not a denomination, but a collective of like-minded churches seeking to plant missionally minded churches until every people and community has heard the Gospel.
Our partnership
Who is Converge?
Converge is a movement of churches working to help people meet, know, and follow Jesus. For more than 165 years, Converge has helped churches and individuals bring life change to communities in the United States and around the world through church planting, discipleship multiplication, leadership training and coaching, and global missions.
Bethel often talks about being “Better Together.” Throughout its history, churches, leaders, and missionaries have joined forces through God’s power to accomplish the impossible.
These churches come together around something greater than a compelling mission: Christ’s completed work on the cross. Because of the cross, there is forgiveness for the past, power for the present, and hope for the future. The goal is to give every person the opportunity to hear the Gospel, say yes to Jesus, grow in faith, be equipped to serve, and be sent out.
